I am very disappointed with this dentist my wife has rung sent email and sent letter, 3 weeks ago she hashad no reply i paid the money in full for her treatment in March 2020, my wife has had nothing back from them since..
I will be taking it a lot further if my wife don't hear soon.

i Have been with this dentist for many years when Mrs Clark was there and never had a problem but after the covid situation that has all changed the service has become dreadful, i was told the dentist i have seen for many years has now gone private, why? apparently to save jobs however no dentist would lose there job at this time its a pure excuse. I was told i am on a waiting list for a call back its been 2 weeks still no call back. The lady on the phone slams the phone down when i call up. I will not recommend this dentist to anyone. I have made a complaint to the Care quality commission about this dentist i would recommend others to do so as well
