I agree that the late running of appointments is irritating, but other than that they are a great team that doesn't have the high staff turnover I've experienced elsewhere. This means that you feel like they get to know you properly and understand your circumstances. I particularly like the dental assistant Sarah who was very kind when I felt unwell.

The only reason I've pulled down the score is because of them constantly running late on appointments; I find this really frustrating and makes planning time around dental appointments difficult... other than that I find them all to be very friendly, caring and the premises (recently refurbished) clean and bright.

Been here for a number of years and not had any reason to complain. Have been seen by quite a few different dentists and staff and have always (possibly with one exception some time ago) felt that they offer a personal and friendly service. Some frustration about running late on occasion but they do try and minimize this, and I think its just the nature of the beast.
