Did not deliver my medication on Wednesday
1st june 2022 I was promised by a member of staff on phone that all my meds will be delivered after 7 pm
But no medication arrived it’s now bank holiday cannot get in touch with them I will get no medication till Saturday 4 june 22 this is not acceptable totally unprofessional my medication is essential they should not be allowed to carry on like this totally unreliable they need to be held accountable for there actions
When a member of staff promise’s a delivery I expect that simple task to be carried out
