The worst customer service I have ever received! There was an elderly lady at the till. I walked in and handed over my prescription for which was signed already. All she had to do is take it from me and hand it to the pharmacist. I was shocked when she rudely told me to get off my phone!!!!!! she said they don't allow anyone to use their phones in this shop!! when i asked why? she said it interferes with the computers!
customer service 0 ....shockingly rude considering its in the middle of the famous portobello market i would of expected a more professional approach with customer friendly staff.
Avoid by all means.... theres 2 fantastic pharmacies with great products just up the road.... golbourne road.
