Incredibly kind, professional and efficient service, dealing with complicated and expensive prescriptions requiring delivery to but unavailable in Kenya. Cannot recommend more highly.

This is the most helpful chemist in London. All the staff are very knowledgeable and give good advice on all their products. The pharmacy and in particular Deepak Patel, who is better than any doctor will always take the time to explain about your particular prescription.

Ten stars are not enough. Ask for Deepak Patel when you go. He is a combination of family doctor, country vicar, and all around valued friend. When we sold our house and moved to a flat we were constrained in our choice of neighborhoods. It had to be within ready walking distance to Pestle & Mortar. They are the best.

GPs are always telling patients to go to pharmacists on the basis that they have expert knowledge. This family run business really does offer fantastic, impartial advice on over-the-counter remedies and they genuinely seem to care that you get the right product. They stock both conventional and complementary remedies, but for both, they will tell you straight if something is unlikely to work for you, even if it means the loss of a sale. I have visited their inhouse chiropodist who was excellent. I don't generally write reviews due to extreme laziness, and the fact I've bothered for these guys is, I hope, a final testemont to their capabilities.
