The staff here have always been polite and friendly but their repeat prescription service really is an absolute shambles. They have failed to order my monthly repeat, every single time. I do not understand why they continue to offer a service which they are unable to deliver.

Awful service, long queues and pharmacist sloppy and chaotic. I had a repeating prescription there, they couldn't find it in their chaos. Generall gives an impression of being unco-ordinated. Better go somewhere else.

Kind human beings. Utterly incompetent at their jobs. Always a smile when you go in to pick up your prescription; but almost never your prescription.
4 years of experience on multiple medications with repeat prescriptions. They've lost my meds, taken three weeks from calling to filling, and routinely give me medicine I'm no longer prescribed.
There are other chemists available. I suggest you use them. I know I will.

The pharmacy service definitely requires improvements. I have been on repeat prescription with this pharmacy for 3 years and not once have they ever managed to get my prescriptions ready correctly and on time. I have been very patient and tried to be understanding. But now I think they should look at their service. It's very stressful when you can't get your medicine on time for 3 years. They should consider the effect they have on their clients.
