I have found the owners and staff to be a great help, with useful suggestions, sound knowledge and a friendly approach. Well done all round.

My husband received brilliant service from Portmans. The dressing on his head following major surgery had come off. The nurse at the GP’s surgery would not see him until the next day and I could not find a way of covering the wound and keeping the dressing in place. Portmans saw him, worked out how to apply a dressing that would stay in place, and covered the wound effectively. So very grateful to the pharmacy for their kind and prompt and skilful help.

I love this pharmacy! You get an amazing service. They always have my prescriptions even when other pharmacies are out of stock of whatever it is I need.

I've been to this pharmacy a couple of times to buy new skincare products as they have an amazing selection of brands. I've gotten really knowledgeable advice from the staff about what products to use, and even come away with lots of free samples to try before buying the full size products.

I really recommend this pharmacy. It's not often you get such a personal and friendly service in central London, but this one's a gem!

Friendly and knowledgeable

I'm new to the area and they have been so friendly and helpful. The chemist not only recommended local doctors, but also wrote down detailed instructions on how to get there as it's a bit complicated. When I've since been back for prescriptions they are always cheerful and friendly. I'm nearly 50 and can honestly this is the best chemist I've been to and am so glad it's "mine"!!!! Karen.

Everyone who works here is brilliant and always goes out of their way to help with your needs. It was my first anniversary recently and when running in as they're just about to close looking for a sewing kit and a button for a particular outfit I wanted to wear the pharmacist took a button off his own shirt! I will always go here for all my pharmacy needs before anywhere else.

It's always a pleasure to visit this Pharmacy, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide a first class service with nothing being too much trouble for them. Now the shop has been extended and refitted there is even a seating area for you to use while your prescription is being prepared.

The staff are really friendly, i got the best service in London. The pharmacist helped me out with my problems, and really genuinely was concerned not like most in the area and previous experiences.
All round everyone should go here
