I bought ferrous sulfate tablets 200mg, the box states 100 tablets, and I paid for 100. When I brought it home, it’s only 30 tablets and the bottle was open. I don’t live in the area, I live far away I was just passing on that area. So what do I need to do. I need to spend £20 for the ticket to go and return the bottle. Very unreliable, not trustworthy. Very very disappointed with the service. However, I will make a formal complaint about this.

Honestly, this is the worst boots you can step foot in. I have been using this to collect prescriptions for the past year or so, and every time I have been in there has either been an issue with collecting prescriptions either for myself or other customers. If you have recently moved to Brixton, I would not recommend using this to collect prescriptions - use an independent dispenser. Now in the process of changing, as the straw that broke the camels back was having to come in for the 4th time to collect a prescription. Waited 20 minutes at the front of the queue, nothing from the staff. Eventually one of them comes out behind the desk after standing there, and starts walking to the back. I asked if anyone was serving and he just shrugs and replies they are closing the pharmacy (even though on their website it open for another 3 hours), without relaying this to everyone (5+ people) who have been waiting ages). Honestly just incredeibly slow and staff are rude - everytime ive been there

They are so slow saying wait five minutes when they mean wait 45 minutes. If i could i would change chemist. They are terrible often having to wait more than 30 minutes. Its not just understaffed they are lazy.
