Boots in eltham has certainly changed since covid, hardly any staff, I asked to see perfume ( which is locked up ) but was told by the only visible member of staff that she could not leave the till. the pharmacy is no better when you are finally seen staff are very surly, there are no staff on medicine counter, if you want anything you have to queue At pharmacy. It Never used to be like this. sadly I and other people I know no longer use this store.
