The staff at this pharmacy are able to be described by one word, magnificent! My medicinal needs are complex and quite often occurring at different times of the month, yet the staff, everyone from the pharmacist, to his assistants, to the person on the cash register, offer an exemplary service. It is always done with courtesy, respectfully and promptly, unless of course there are supply chain issues out f their control! They have no problem liaising with surgery staff to clarify and make sure that you get what you need, with the least possible headache. I am so grateful to have this team at my local pharmacy, good luck, stay healthy and keep those wonderful smiles!

having suffered the mightmare that both local boots are with not getting repeats in time, bad service this chemist has to be the best I have ever dealt with.

Over the phone repeat requests delivery if neccessary, if like me you have quite a few repeatsand for more than one family member to collect it is so easy and their system and staff are there to HELP which is quite unique in Coulsdon.

We are all very good at leaving negative comments so thought i would leave positive feedback for all the staff, and a big thank you for being the lovely kind caring people you all are!!

This chemist offers an excellent service, including delivery. I have been using them for 3 years and have never had any cause for complaint
