They are so friendly in Ladywell DIY and always have what you need, and can help with suggestions or advice. Just what's needed in a place like Ladywell!

Horrendous service and very obvious attempts at getting as much profit in as possible. Manager incredibly rude.
I suggest a complete review of the current attitude of management, and look at all the other local businesses. Ladywell Villiage is now a very pleasant busy little location with different businesses. The people are friendly and their is a sense of community, and nobody is making money in a cringe-worthy money-grabbing way.
The owers at the Ladywell DIY should take a lesson, stop trying to rip people off and try instead to attract people with fairer prices and smiles! :-)
