Unfortunately my car was vandalised over the weekend, I came to this shop for help and they honestly could not do enough for me. They went above and beyond the normal customer service satandards and didn't even charge me for extras! I didn't have my purse on me when I first went there ( my mum had already been down and paid for the new registation plates I needed), they attached my new plates, and ordered other parts I needed on good faith. They called me on the Monday to let me know that the other bits I needed were in, when I arrived they attached the new window wipers and mirror glass for me, no fuss, no extra charge and all with a smile on their face. This was a big deal to me as being a single mum, when I usually get 'car stuff' done, garages normally add extras on / over charge etc... will go to this shop from now on and highly recommend their services.

I've been living in canary wharf for 7 years and have unfortunatly only just discovered this shop. For me it's a bit of a hidden jem and you have to access it through the car accessories shop next door which as it turns out is all part of the same shop. They have a great selection of diy products, everything you need but in a basic choice range as you'd expect from a small shop. They have all of the different sizes of products that you may need but generally only one type/make, but the stock is of good quality because of this. Customer service is very good and the two or three guys that seem to run the place seem to really want to help. It's a very traditional DIY store that can sell you individual screws and drill bits unlike the larger chain stores. Highly recommend it, although parking can be tough it's well worth a visit.
