If you are sold a duff appliance without a refund contact
1. The police (who told me if they receive another complaint from this outfit there would be arrests made)
2. Your local citizen advice bureau to make a complaint to Trading Standards - if trading standards get enough complaints about fraudulent activity from Sooper DM they will close the business down
3. ActionFraud tell them your story

I contacted all three and received my money back. For the sake of yourself and others follow the above guidance

Our washing machine decided to pack up and in desperate need of a new one ASAP we found Sooper Domestic Appliances. They delivered a machine the same day, installed it and took away old washer. Fantastic communication and excellent value! Ali and Imran saved the day- would recommend to anyone!

My landlord got these guys to 'attempt' a new washing machine install. After much swearing, the guy said he had enough and just left straight out the front door, leaving it wide open and not taking away the old washing machine as promised. Before I could even talk to him he had driven off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
