Real Domestic Appliances offer very good value for money.They will match or better any price,will deliver and instal any electrical appliance and recycle the old one ,all for the original price of appliance.That means no extra charges.I paid for an oven over the phone,having priced it elsewhere.They agreed a date to instal it and came as promised.It is an excellent service and you can't go wrong with this service.I am particularly happy because I have tenants in a flat in Angel and know if an appliance needs replacing,this shop will not let me down.They are also very pleasant in person and I'm so glad I discovered this shop.

V helpful in the shop a decent range of cookers.... but how I wish I had stuck to John Lewis who understand the concept of staff training and customer service. I waited in yesterday from 1 to 7.30 and the surly guys who brought the oven showed up at 4 ish. But did not explain until they were leaving that they werent qualified to connect the gas component just the electrics. I called the chapel mkt shop and was told that they wld get the gas fitter to contact me direct. I waited another hour. Nothing. I emailed last night to suggest a time and ask them to call me still nothing.about to call....

I found this shop by accident and am I glad i did!!!
Not only will they beat whatever price you can find elsewhere, though they are already cheaper......you get great advice from Zed.
Even if the product you're looking for is not on their site, ring them up, give them an opportunity to do business and you won't be disappointed. Super fast free delivery, and they're going to fit the integrated appliance I bought(very few shops do that, they install freestanding units only...read their T&C) for FREE and recycle my old appliance as well.

One of the most helpful stores in the heart of Angel. Very good prices, stock and rapid delivery. I purchased a washing machine from them 2 years ago, and just bought a electric cooker before Christmas. They were initially £30 cheaper than the one i saw in john lewis, They installed free of charge (john lewis £49), they delivered and took the old cooker away free of charge (J.L. £9).
Support your local shops and do not take any notice of people trying make this shop look bad. These shops are what keeps this country on its feet, not john lewis or currys or comet. But i am sure you do not need to hear this from a 60 year old pensioner.
BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT YOU GIVE THE SHOP A CHANCE DECIDE FOR YOUR SELF. WHEN EVER I AM IN AT THE CHAPEL AND I WALK PAST THE SHOP, ITS FULL OF PEOPLE.

Do not buy anything from this store. They don't beat high street prices, and they do not turn up when they say they will. Avoid this shop at all costs. I have taken the day off work and waited patiently for their delivery man to turn up but nothing....not even a call to tell me that they were delayed. Terrible terrible terrible. AVOID.

Appalling, appalling, appalling. So poorly installed the machine leaked within 5 days causing damage across the floor which had to be replaced. In addition to this expense I discover they've also forgotten to connect properly to the waste drainage pipe. To top it all off, I call to ask them to come fix the faulty installation and the manager freaks out and is rude and shouty, basically telling me he did me a favour by booking a repairman to come address issue. I had the machine 5 days....5 days...and it has cost me £500 in cleanup fees and an unpleaasant exchange with the 'manager'. AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

All machines are tested upon installations. Any leaks or damages to floors or any part of your property are covered with our liability insurance, all you had to do was make a claim, the fact that you haven't shows that this isn't a genuine review.
From experience i can say that, 90% of leaks from connections is because of very old taps and pipework that have corroded over a very long period and they need replacing, or the machines valves are faulty which cause for it to leak constantly, but this will require an exchange of the machine, which you haven't had.
You claim that the waste drainage was forgotten to be connected properly, this would of leak enormous amounts of water from the first cycle. so did the waste connection leak at all.

I will never use this shop again. They delivered a washing machine which did not fit, damaged the tiles on my kitchen floor and then charged my visa card nearly £50 to take the machine away. This shop is hardly any cheaper than Currys or John Lewis, both of which offer a professional service.

I love this shop, i chose 3 BOSCH items through Currys, Comet, and Argos. Took the model numbers to this little shop, they sourced all 3 items cheaper than any high street shop. They also installed the electric cooker and washing machine free of charge. Looks like a small shop, but i can tell you they do a better job than any big high street shop. try them deffanetly.

Excellent service, Very quick delivery of my washing machine, fridge freezer and cooker. They beat Currys, comet and also argos prices for me. Installed the washing machine and my electric cooker for free of charge. They also removed my old appliances away for free of charge. I would recommend them any day. One of the most professional local shops ive seen.
