Initially he seems very eager to help and assist. But he is incapable of repairing and fixing the issues he charges for, then refuses to refund money . Refuses to compensate for the damage caused by his incompetent workmanship. Sold me a FridgeFreezer which stopped working after 2 days, all food contents spoiled. He avoided my calls and messages. Finally I caught him in his shop, demanded a refund and for him to come and collect his broken goods, and he continued to try to fool me, so I refused to leave without resolving the issues. He decided to lock the door, with me inside, so I called the police. Still no refund and he has not collected his broken goods. Now pursuing him through a small claims court. He illegally stamps "no refunds' on receipts, this is against the consumer rights act.

This unprofessional man has no qualifications to be carrying out repairs. He sells "refurbished" goods that are rubbish. NO safety guarantees. I bought a fridge freezer from him, and within 4 days it had completely leaked all gas. Instead of collecting it, he came 10 days later and re-gassed it.... It completely leaked gas again. He refuses to collect his goods and refund my money. He refuses all refunds, as stamped on his receipts, this is illegal and against consumer rights.
He has now been reported to The citizens advice bureau, and Trading standards. Pursuing my refund through a small claims court.
Avoid this business.

Agressive towards clients when he is clearly in the wrong. Appalling attention to detail , poor quality workmanship and a complete lack of suitable response when dealing with a callback.
Arrives late (by hours) for appointments or sometimes not at all.
Does not respond to calls or texts to sort out issues unless threatened.
Had a faulty washer replaced with a reconditioned unit, arrived with incorrect fittings attached. Door seal was not correctly mounted causing kitchen to flood -took three days to eventually respond/ arrive to repair and then arrived in the evening when I had specifically taken time off work that day for him to attend to it. Proceeded to blame me for not noticing that the door seal was not correctly fitted losing/ throwing away the door seal clamp when I would have been fully aware of this either detaching of having found such an item. Washer lasted 1 month and started poring out snoke/ drum completely detached now -currently awaiting response but he is not answering either calls or texts. -AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
