Where do I start...? Avoid this business. They were recommended by a builder but it turned out one week before installing 16 windows, they canceled with no explanation and no sincere apologies. I had to threaten to get the deposit back. Once they sweet talk to you, the rest is rotten. Avoid avoid avoid!
