Vanston Dry Cleaners

These guys lost around 15 pieces of my designer clothing ... everything I called and went into the store they allowed me to look for the pieces and they weren’t there ... I just gave up.

I wouldn’t ever use them or recommend them !! Honestly it’s the weirdest set up ! Please please stay away.

Prices are high, service is awful and they lose your stuff !!!

Really poor service. They damaged my shorts and lost one shirt suggesting that I gave them 7 shirts and not 8 (though they charged me for 8). Only because I insisted and refused to pay that day they traced the missing shirt (though didn’t inform me) next day and refused to give an apology (“I don’t see what I should apologise for”) and were very rude when I explained why an apology is due, interrupting in the beginning of my explanation (“I didn’t murder people” etc.). Avoid at all cost.

stuff so rude and always outside smoking or talking with random people on the street when u need help. No one greeted me when I went inside a man smoking outside with a stool was talking to someone really loud was very uncomfortable to watch, I was not help at all and the guy kept smoking and talking loud to his friend, very unpleasant and unprofessional dry cleaner

Vanston Dry Cleaners lost my husband's shirt, and then refused to reimburse us a reasonable amount for us to replace it. The manager is rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. I will never return here, and I encourage others to avoid this business, not just for their lack of care with their job, but also for their poor customer service.
