Focus On Dry Cleaning

Terrible service. They promised a suit back from general dry cleaning on Monday after dropping it off Friday. It wasn't back Monday as promised, it also still wasn't back Tuesday afternoon and then they expected me to go back to collect it a third time. The people "running" the shop are apologetic, but generally could not help at all. Will never use again

After 2 week still waiting for my jacket need for this monday they told me he will delivery to me when don’t know so i wonder who is he? The owner or someone do the job for relax i paid the full price for the repaire who need contact no one answer the phone?

Brought in a silk blouse to be dry cleaned, having shown where the stain was on Mon 10th January 2011. Needed it for Saturday, so was promised it on Friday. Went to collect on Friday and told was not back yet, but would make sure was back Saturday. Not back Saturday, so they rang again and was told that a small stain was being retreated, but would be back with 2nd delivery at lunchtime. We were going to Manchester that afternoon and I was wearing it that evening so waited for delivery. No blouse. Had to rethink outfit in a hurry but had nothing really suitable. Came back for it today (Tuesday 18th)-still not back. Rang up to be told it was still in Twickenham being retreated (again??????). There was nothing they could do about it.
I was giving them a second chance as a previous mistake had supplied me with some men's brown trousers instead of a pink skirt! (That had been corrected but only after my husband returned with the wrong garment).
I am spending too many futile trips to this place and still do not have my blouse.

Friendly, prompt and well-priced service for all normal dry-cleaning needs. Downside was that on two occasions they haven't been able to remove all the marks on clothing that I took in - I have since taken one of those items to another cleaner who did remove it first time (although I paid a high premium there).
