Do not go to Elegance unless you want to ruin your clothes. Just took a marc jacobs top there that i had worn once with a little food stain and now the top looks old and has pilling all over it! In addition, I also sent in a beautiful top I had from NY which had an elastic band through the middle which has now disappeared. When i called to say what had happened the man refused to take responsibility saying its my word against yours. It is expensive as well.
