Worst service and customer service EVER. I left my coat and a blazer to be cleaned with express service (from Monday afternoon to Wednesday morning) or to pay normal services and collect them Wednesday between 4-5PM. I came back on Wednesday morning to pick up my stuff, I was told that they were not ready yet but to come later in the afternoon. When I went to collect the coat and the blazer I was trying to explain the situation to one of the guys in there but he was very rude and interrupting me all the time saying that if I expect a discount I won't get it as they had to wash my coat twice because I didn't come on Tuesday evening.

I've been getting my shirts washed and ironed weekly and suits as needed for two and a half years with these guys. Great quality on the cleaning etc and very courteous and accommodating on the service.

Only once have I turned up and found not all my clothes ready, but they kindly dropped them round to my house two hours later.

Great local cleaners.

your ironing or dry cleaning wont be ready when they say it would be and instead of them apologising about it you will get the attitude of the century from the owner youngish guy... if you dare say that it is the last time you are coming there aloud, you will get a very nice 'i dont care, i have many customers' statement which makes you feel on top of the world.. avoid at all costs... there's another drycleaning/ironing service just 200 yards from them called press gang... decent bunch....
