The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced EVER, having lived in 4 different countries. I asked them to spot clean a 1300 pound dress, which they completely ruined. I went to see Herve Leger, the manufacturer, and even spoke to their dry cleaner who assured me they had had no problems with the dress and that Debonaire had been negligent. When I told them this, the owner with his gold chain and big car tried intimidating me, a young woman alone. Please STAY AWAY from these people, they are the kind who give dry cleaners a bad name...

Debonaire is an excellent dry cleaner, very friendly service and very helpful. Seriously worth the money and time. I personally love that is a free pick up an delivery service and also the tailoring is incredible. I strongly recommend this to all my friends and neighbours around the Marylebone area.
