Classic Dry Cleaners

Worst ever service I've had. I put my dress in to be dry cleaned, it didn't have any staining and it was returned to me with white stains and beading ruined, when I addressed this I was told this was not their problem, I spoke to the manager who hung up on me twice, and the shop assistant practically threw me out of the shop. I"ve paid for a service for a dress that is ruined as well as bad attitude to customer service. I actually dry cleaned this dress previously elsewhere and it came back fine, I only used this shop because it is now my local one. I am quite upset at the service I have received and don't want this happening to anyone else.
