I took my suit in to be dry cleaned paying in advance for same day cleaning, making it clear that there was a stain on the trouser leg that needed to be removed. On collection I asked again if there was any trouble getting the stain out and was told it was all clean.
After looking at the trousers once home the stain is still very prominent & has now fully set into the trousers. On taking the suit back they offered to try again but after how poor the job was first time why would anyone trust them a second time. I was then refused a refund and have most likely paid £16 to have a new suit ruined.
With so many dry cleaners in this area avoid A&Z Dry Cleaners.
