I had an alteration done that was not satisfactory. I took the item back, after paying £33 , and politely asked if they would rectify the problem. They asked me to pay again, and when I refused the woman serving behind the counter became very aggressive !!!!!!!! I had to go elsewhere to have the item fixed!!!!!! Not good customer service !!!!!
