Kings Bespoke Dry Cleaners

Avoid this awful dry cleaners! The owner is beyond rude! The prices are extortionate! I had a delicate dress that was dry cleaned supposedly three times, and the smell was still there! And the rude manager refused to refund me!

Unbelievable arrogant attitude and poor quality cleaning - used this laundry under previous staff and/or management but in recent months quality and attitude gone down hill rapidly. Not people of their word - Their promise won’t leave unhappy on their website is nonsense - Just paid in excess of £50 for items inc a dress at £11 which was full of marks still - I was told that’s why they put the ticket on it, they tried and failed. No we will try again if you wish or what about a token discount as you are a regular customer. Nada. Poor business so I’m voting with my feet! Do not recommend here at all.

Unfortunately, all those review scores were earned by previous owner.
Current owner/manager has increased the prices, but quality has suffered A LOT!!!
Cashmere shrinks couple of sizes, shoe work - disaster!
Jacket, given for repair and cleaning, returned without cleaning, men's shirts have button stands stretched and bended. Shirts cannot be buttoned!!!
There is a very polite man at the reception, but that's about it. He does not take any decisions and the business owner is too coward to call the client to apologize and to refund the damaged items. Will never go there again!!!
If you care about your clothes - don't go there!

I have been using their services since they opened the shop and I couldn't be happier with them. Excellent service for a reasonable, free delivery always on time and very friendly approach. I sincerely recommend this drycleaners.
