Park Lane Laundry & Dry Cleaners

I think it is important for anyone who might use this service to be warned that I had some curtains cleaned there and they came back 12 centimetres shorter so are now not fit for purpose.
When I pointed this out to the owner he did not apologise and behaved as if I were making it up.
The curtains cost £20 to clean and he did not even offer to refund the money let alone to compensate me for the curtains.
All he offered was to have the curtains let down which would still have left them short and he behaved as if I was unreasonable for saying this was not acceptable.
In the end he ignored me to answer his telephone, leaving me to exit the Launderette with a pair of curtains that were unfit for purpose, minus any sort of refund or compensation.
