I dropped off my items Friday and had a very clear discussion with staff asking them to verify if they could guarantee return of the items by Monday afternoon. They called their supervisor and assured me this would be no problem. I showed up today and there was no sign of my garments!
I’ve organized these pick ups and drop offs in specific windows of my work schedule and this is the SECOND time I’ve left empty handed and scrambling to buy new shirts for work. The first being due to their opening times advertised online being incorrect (a scribbled sign with “new hours” on the door isn’t very helpful if you’ve already arrived, can’t get in and have to leave for work before 10:00! [the current and wholly unhelpful opening time]).
After pointing out that I paid for a service I did not receive, staff became defensive and refused to issue a refund. Shocking customer service!
