Owner extremely RUDE. On my last visit I had 2 garments that needed dry cleaning. I went there a day before collection date just to ask if the suits were ready (as sometimes they are ready before the date of collection) The door was locked and the store sign was open. Owner came shortly after but didn’t apologise. I gave him the receipt and ONLY ASKED - ‘I am just checking to see if the suits are ready’. I asked him if the suits were ready he looked at the receipt and slammed on the table and said no it’s not but in a very rude attitude. I left there upset and annoyed. My gut feeling said it was ready but he was probably having a bad day. I use his services every week. Today, when I went to collect I had the receipt on the table before he came up and he said yes? I said I’m here to collect my items and pointed to the receipt. He said yes and it ‘good morning’ and I said ‘good morning to you too’. I was still really annoyed from the previous day. Paying for a service and to get a response like that it’s quite frustrating. I thought if he’s being rude why should I be nice to him. I can find other dry cleaners in the area. As I was about to leave he didn’t even thank me for my custom even though I did. I left and then went back to the store and I told him that I thought he was really rude and cold. I come here every week acknowledging you and he accused me of being rude. This is not the first I have felt like that towards his attitude but this is the first time I am writing a negative review about it. I said to him I am paying for service and I expect it to be done in professional way and finally he accused me of being rude in front of another customer. Instead of understanding his mistake and owning up he made things a whole lot worse and THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I USED YOUR SERVICES SIR.
Mr owner, I don’t know if you have ever heard of customer services before or even know how to talk to people that use your services every week.

FYI you didn’t tell me NOT TO RETURN, I told you I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND LEFT YOUR SHOP WHEN THE GENTLEMEN WALKED IN…. Do you remember?? Or was that a lie too Sir??

Everything I have said in the review is the truth. I do not have a reason to write a bad review unless I encounter a bad experience which I did from you. I have read the other negative reviews and you claim NONE IS ACTUALLY YOUR FAULT. I used to come to your shop every week acknowledging you and see your moody face and attitude. But that was the last straw. You can dish it out, but can’t take it 🤷‍♀️
