Sent a Moncler down jacket to be professionally cleaned. Received the jacket with the center zip missing . Also the buttons of the cuffs came back damaged. Smart Guy's refused to take responsibility. After reading the reviews, I would have expected professionalism and care taken in cleaning a Moncler jacket.
They may have been good in the past but not anymore.
