Turn'em Clean

I had some cushions covered by the tailor here and the service was excellent. Nice people, efficient and very quick, reasonable price and a job very well done, I highly recommend. I was told the shop is under new management, they only took over in August.

The attitude of the lady who 'served' me absolutely stunk all 3 times I had to visit. Tip for anyone working in a customer facing role. Do not shout at a customer who walks in 5 minutes after you open for business for "expecting her to open up half an hour earlier just for me" your sign says you open at half 7 I certainly don't expect to made to feel like an imposition when I turn up at this time. It really is too hard to put into words how rude she was but it's enough for me to write my first ever online review of anywhere ever! I will never spend another penny here again

Stumbled on this website while looking for the opening hours of Turnhem Clean and was very surprised by the negative reviews. I've been using this cleaner for 8 years since I moved to Chiswick, and have never ever had a problem with poor service or damage to clothes. They do good repairs on damaged clothes. Judging by how busy they are, I'd guess most other people are happy with the service too! The £1 wash/iron service for shirts is superb value, and dry cleaning is a similar price to local alternatives. The staff have always been friendly and professional.

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life! The manager was extremely rude and unapologetic when I was returned a garment that had not been fixed and asked for a refund (which was completely refused) as it was just as broken as before. The prices are very expensive for the kind of service you receive, I highly recommend that locals use alternative dry cleaners along Turnham Green Terrace.

Always friendly service. Shoe repair was excellent they looked like new again. Dry cleaning was fine as well.

They damaged a very expensive garment and were completely unwilling to accept any responsibility - they accused me of lying and said that the damage was there before they cleaned it - do not go near them.
