I had a terrible experience with Crest Cleaners Kilburn. I spent a lot of money getting my clothes dry cleaned only to find upon collection only half had been done. When I returned the next week I had to remind them that several items were missing and was made to return again once they had found and dry cleaned these. Standard of dry cleaning was terrible and place a dirty and disorganised mess. I then had to return AGAIN after realising they had lost the belt to an item only to encounter the rudest and most unhelpful customer service I have ever received. AVOID. Waste of my time/money.
