Friendly team, still going despite Covid, reasonably priced. If you want it quicker then just asked.

These dry cleaners are generally quite good but they are unreliable. We are expats living abroad, so our dry cleaning is time sensitive. When we take items in, we always check whether they can be done on time. Even so, they are often not ready. Them we are asked to come back, later or the next day, but then our things are still not there for collection, despite repeated promises. On the most recent occasion, I left a leather jacket there just over two weeks before I needed it back. On three occasions when I was promised that it would be ready, it wasn't. I have now had to leave without it :(

I don't know who wrote the previous view but I can only assume its a competitor deliberately discrediting them or somekne who's only used the place once and had a freak bad experience. Anyway the guys here are super friendly and I use this place all the time. Never had an issue. Only thing they need a nudge on is asking them to get it back to you quicker than they suggest. Ie you walk in on Monday and they'll say back on Friday ?? You say no I like it Wednesday and its sorted .

The worst drycleaner i have ever seen. Located in a very posh area like Barnes however the customer service is awful. The guy serving the clients is very rude,and have no idea what customer satisfaction means. He is refusing to give clients receipts for the money they paid and also argues about this is not being his legal duty !! I strongly recommend not to use his service, not for the quality but for the
attitude...
