Brought Russell & Bromley loafers for resoling on 1 Oct 2015, Thu, picked up Fri and one of the heels fell off 2 days later when worn. Brought back on 5 Oct, Mon to complain. Man at shop insisted that it is a design fault with Russell Bromley shoes which does not allow for nails to be used because of heel's hollow centre. I didn't understand his argument because he put nails in other heel, around the hollow??? Why do with one and not the other? He said I don't understand abt shoe repair. This is my 3rd R&B loafers, one was used for 6 years & resoled 3 times with another shop with no probl
