Archway Dry Cleaners

Service is poor. In the summer they damaged my jacket by leaving a pen in the pocket when cleaning it. They have now lost a pair of trousers, which allegedly they delivered to the wrong customer and are trying to get back. However, they are now no longer responding to my calls.

Neither the telephone number nor the website are functioning. Tried to contact them re collection/delivery for a friend but can’t get hold of them. Their services are normally excellent but the problem of communication lets them down.
