The staff must have changed.. I keep coming back to this place as they always seem to do a really good job; they seem to know to make things match the original or advise otherwise, and the product often seems stronger than it was when first bought. The last few times I've been in there has been blonde lady at the desk, and she is just lovely.

I brought a pair of shoes to have the sole repaired, the shop assistant was extremely rude to me. He then told me it would cost £30 to have the shoes repaired in the same colour as the original shoes which was what i agreed to. When i went to pick up the shoes there were two different colours on the sole which looked horrific, when i uestioned him about why he did this, he replied "thats the way they are now". The shoes cost me £170 and are now almost unwearable especially after the first wearing I noticed the nails holding the "make-shift" sole together was coming up into my foot! All of which this far from wonderful experience cost me £30!
Aviod this place if at all possible and avoid the experience I had.
