One suggestion would be to make sure you volunteer your name when dropping clothes off, as for some reason they don't take it automatically- meaning a lost ticket can be unnecessary hassle for both sides!

A friendly, family-run business. I've been using them for shirts and trousers for around 4 years and have had exactly zero complaints or problems with customer service or the cleaning.

Super nice staff, quick service, had no problem with my items- they even (somehow) managed to clean a jeans dye out of my white jacket!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
1. Rude, aggressive behaviour from staff.
2. No communication skills or use of initiative, major difficulties understanding English.
3. Unprofessional, incompetent. They do not know how to resolve laundry issues, actually end up ruining clothes and expensive items with no apology let alone compensation.
4. Shouting at customers because they have lost clothing items.
5. Unhygienic environment, smelly, clothes on floor and in heaps.
6. They washed designer winter coat with other coloured garments and ruined the coat, which is now unwearable.
