I am really happy with this dry cleaners, i have had loads of problems with prevous ones.
Ececutive cleaners have been amazing, there next day home delivery service is great.
all i do is dro-p it of to them and i get it delivered to my home address the next evening.
very helpful.
recomended highly.

As a local Hotel we have used Executive Cleaners in Putney for the past five years. We have found them to be professional, friendly and offering good service at a competitive rate. My guests have always been happy with the final result. I would recommend this company.

Friendly and helpful.This is a really good dry cleaner and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new dry cleaner or anyone who is`nt too happy with their current dry cleaner.While they may take a day longer than some, they are reliable and stick to their deadlines.

This is by far one of the best dry cleaners around. The staff were really helpfull with a garment that had stains all over it. They warned me of what could happen and the risks to get the stains out. Nothing happened to the garment and all stains were removed, unlike the dry cleaners I used next to the co.op, they didn't warn me and the dress I took to them was damaged. I would recommend using Executive Cleaners 100%.

I've been using Executive Dry Cleaners probably for the best of 4 years. I've read the previous reviews and I understand their anger as I think everyone has had a problem with dry cleaners at some point or another.
I on the other hand have had pretty good service from them and I'm quite "anal" (my girlfriends words) about how I want things done. Their alterations isn't quite to the standard i'd like but the dry cleaning I find is quite good. I've recently moved to Clapham and the dry cleaners here are even worse!! So i had to resort in going back to Executive dry cleaners. They're definitely the best in Putney and so far beat the the businesses along Clapham North and the common.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars as well. Absolutely useless! I gave them 2 expensive cushion covers which they ruined. They were not clean yet they had shrunk and become crinkled. I have a feeling they put them in the washing machine! The employee was not very helpful either. Very difficult to communicate with due to limited English. He didn't even offer to refund the dry cleaning costs despite seeing the state of their work. Finally spoke to the manager who was equally unhelpful and actually rude. In the end they refunded the money and I took my covers back. I wouldn't trust them to 'try and fix it!' I strongly advice people not to use this company. Not only are they incompetent, they are rude and have no communication skills. Worst service ever and there are so many other dry cleaners in the vicinity!

These guys are cowboys. I gave them an extremely expensive silk jersey dress to clean and asked about taking it up a centimetre. I told them expressly not to do anything until I had spoken to the tailor (who was not in when I dropped the dress off). The never called, but went ahead and shortened the dress using an old sewing machine, too large needle, manky cotton thread. I was horrified. This dress had cost over £2000 and they had done such an amateurish job on it - a child could have done better (I certainly could have). So they said they would undo what they had done and restor it to it's original state. Instead, when they realised they'd made huge holes in the fabric, they cut the bottom off and did the same botch job they did the first time. I am horrified and am contemplating taking them to court. They have absolutely ruined my Pucci dress, without any permission from me. Do not use these guys. EVER!!! PS I would have given them zero stars, but the site wouldn't let me.
