Was traveling on work for 10 days. Dropped of my shirts on Friday. Was given a guarantee they would be ready Sat. for pick up by 5.30pm. Went at 5.30pm only to find the place closed when they are meant to be open till 6.30pm ! No number to contact.
Met the manager once who is basically rude and couldn't care whether he has any customer. The woman there has nothing to add other than blame the manager for screw ups.
Essentially, zero customer commitment. Would not recommend using this place to anyone.

They are incredibly rude! They told us they close at 6:30 and everytime we get there at 6:15 they are closed. Becuase if that they still have my shirts?!!! I caught the girl locking up today and she was rude and not apologetic. My boyfriend had an important interview and he had to buy a whole new outfit because of them. She didnt care and told me to pay full price. Wont be going there again!

I've been using their laundry service for a while. A few weeks ago I needed to ring them as they had not returned all of the laundry I'd left. The phone number on this website and on the board outside the shop is no longer connected to their business and they advertise no other number, so the only way to make contact with them is to go into the shop. During the freezing weather I collected some laundry and pointed out to the woman in the shop that the snow and ice on their steps was a hazard and they should put some salt on it. She shrugged her shoulders and said she did not have any salt. There is a shop directly opposite where I am sure that she or the owner of the shop could have bought some salt. This businesss does not deserve to have any customers and is certainly not going to have my custom again.

The service here leaves something to be desired. When I dropped off my suit to be cleaned and ironed I said I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the weekend. No mention was made then that they were not open on saturdays, so I am now left with no suit. It doesn't take much to inform people when they are mistaken
