Ravals Dry Cleaners

I have entrusted to them a pork-pie hat to which I was very fond and they have completely destroyed it ... they have not been able to wash it and they have completely deformed making it limp and you see a mile away that there was a tape making part of the hat that seems sewed and sewn up several times. I was told to pick it up on Monday and was handed over to me on Thursday (after returning three times) in very bad condition as I just described above. To all readers: please do not trust this company

I have been using Raval's for over 10 years for all their services, including dry cleaning, specialist cleaning, duvet washing and alterations,even to the extent of dry cleaning my entire wardrobe collection for anti moth!

As well as providing an excellent professional product service that is consistent, their customer service is wonderful, and stretches well into the community, adding to the spirit of our local area.

I couldn't recommend them more highly, and see from a previous review that even moving from the area, their services are still required.

I have no idea what the previous person was talking about.

I have been going there for years and have never had a problem.

In fact I have moved from Fulham but still make the special trip back to the cleaners because the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and I would never trust anyone else with my clothes.

The owner Shill is very professional and certainly knows his trade.

They have for 3 times in a row messed up my clothes. I once took a suit in for a dry clean, they didn't know how to press my trousers and they ended up looking completely retarded. I went it a second time for an alteration for 2 suit pants, and they got it completely wrong, despite having measured it. Not only were the measurements wrong, but the way it was stitched it could have been done by a 5 year old. Very very bad, no apologies.

After going back for a complaint, re-stitched correctly, but still well under what I would call a good standard. They pressed the pants and once again they look completely retarded once again.

I would avoid them like the plague!

ps- the first time I went in there, a lady was actually in there complaining that they had shrunk her curtains. They tried to convince her the curtains were not shrunk..... You decide!
