Having requested the shortening of my jacket sleeves i was very disappointed to see how bad the finishing/stitching on the cuffs was.
The server behind the counter didn't seem very moved at my astonishment and still requested i pay for the service. Further insult to injury - I was then refused a receipt, reason given was the cost was below £30!? Very bad experience - would strongly advise to avoid this company/service.
