Catford Dry Cleaners

I’ve just collected a pair of Stella McCartney trousers and, although I had paid cash when I dropped them off the proprietor disputed this and asked me to pay again... which I did (what can you do?) but, as I was leaving, I asked him if he would do me the kindness of checking his till.
I’ve just got home and checked the trousers - most importantly I wanted to get them off the hanger as quickly as possible - even with a cardboard protector the velvet had been marked where it had been folded over the wire hanger. Worse still, the trousers look as if they haven’t been cleaned; there are still marks.
