Bellingham Dry Cleaners

I brought an expensive dress in to be dry cleaned. A few weeks later when I came back to collect it, they said they couldnt find it. The manager visited my home and then had the audacity to claim the receipt which I had was not one of theirs. When I challenged him, the manager became very arguementative/dismissive. Needless to say, they have mistakenly given my dress to someone else. I will be telling my friends not to use them.

The young man who works there is good. The new owners not so.
I was quoted £25 for cleaning my sheepskin jacket. They charged me £40. I think this is far too much.
The owner was quite argumentative. I just said I wont use the cleaners again. Its a shame because I have been going there for years.
I had noticed the prices going up since the shop changed owners.
I have told everybody in the centre where I work
