Incredibly rude man in there. Was told to get out of his "F****** shop, you bitch" after a discussion about a parcel I had taken in 5 mins previously. Never ever been spoken to like that and will never go in there again - would not recommend.

After having my garments for over 2 weeks, i cannot believe they where not even touched. I was disgusted with they way I was spoken to by the manager. I was told the job could not be done, but would even say why? I was then told that he doesn't have time to call up customers all day long.
I was told as they are a small business and not like 'tesco' there are not many people who work there and that's why no phone call was made. After a pointless conversation I then had the phone hung up on me. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had and when telling the manager I had been a loyal customer the passed 7 years was told he had never seen me before.
NEVER again will I go back there
