I used this firm for a NICEIC test certificate a while back.
From my experience they are somewhere between vaguely competent and technically mediocre. They did miss a number of small non-compliances and they found it difficult to correct some simple wiring issues. However, the main problem was that their client management skills were unprofessional. The experience was unpleasant and I would definitely not recommend.
