Watch out for stealth charges - esp when you want to end a contract with them! A company that is all about profit with zero customer service.

This comment is completely out of context and the reviewer has not commented on what the charges are for. For example it is normal the the tenant leaving the property would pay for a professional clean etc, or even if damages have been caused by the tenant the cost of fixing the damages may apply to the tenant. This company do not charge anything for simply ending an agreement.
