We were looking at purchasing a property and were treated like garbage! One of them was very unprofessional and ill-mannered. As anyone would do, we gave an offer for a property below the asking price and he made it sound as if we were paupers and couldn't afford a house!
When he did finally decide to pass on the offer to the seller, we didn't receive any letters confirming the offer he put in (as is legally required by the National Association of Estate Agents code of conduct) so we were unsure if the offer was even passed on or not!
He didn't even call us back of the offer outcome
