Londonwide Estates

Have been renting from Londonwide for 18 months now and we are extremely happy with the way we have been treated. Always friendly and courteous to us and very helpful and prompt when we had a problem in the flat. Would recommend them to any tenant and will be using them in the future ourselves.

I would think very carefully before renting a property from Londonwide Estates in the future. I have just come out of a contract with Londonwide along with my three friends and have found them extremely difficult and rude to deal with. It's a small office and so we generally dealt with the same few people throughout the year and had a lot of trouble with them. Any correspondence was dealt with very unprofessionally and never promptly and the lady we mostly dealt with was extremely rude to us on numerous occasions. Whenever we called to discuss the agents would be sarcastic, unhelpful and rude and any issues with the house went on for over a week as they didn’t seem to want to help. As someone who has rented a number of houses in the past, this is definitely the worst experience I have had and would strongly urge other prospective renters to look elsewhere.
