Got ripped off after being forced to move as the property was not habitable. Lied at the search stage, failed to deal with complaints and then ripped off at the move-out stage. Worst agents I have ever had the displeasure of using.

Very reputable and ethical estate agency that goes out of their way to provide service.

While I didn't find my current flat through them, they manage it (at my request the landlord changed) and they're brilliant. I've been at my current place for three years now.

I'm also using them for my current flat hunt as I want to move in with my partner, and Sam Curry at the Belsize office is bar none the best agent I've ever worked with.

Highly recommended.
