I wouldn't recommend this agency. They are too small to deal with the majority of the properties which they try to market. I discovered this having used them as a joint broker with a much larger national company. They were acting as agent for us for more than three months during which time I didn't receive a single viewing. They are not prepared to spend any money on marketing but are quite happy to take 2%. They also have a chartered surveying service which is well known locally for its exorbitant enfranchisement fees.
