These people are monsters. Stay away. I've rated them "1" just because "0" wasn't an option.

Really difficult time dealing with these guys. They will squeeze out of you every penny they possibly can. Totally unreliable with maintenance and repair work, our flat had a communal garden they whole block is managed by Elkay and they only maintain it once a year, round about september which is the start of most new contract, after that its allow to become totally overgrown for the rest of the year.
Theres also a lot of HIDDEN COSTS in your contract that you will be totally unaware of until you move out. Also make sure you read through it properly, they charged us the £75 move in fee which the contract explicitly states is to be paid by the landlord.
best advice i can give..... don't waste your time.
